RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT ,  BEIJING

We have been approached to provide a concept design for an apartment project in Beijing.

We believes the importance of green living in different scales of residential environment, this includes the multiple housing too. We take the opportunity to convey this through the "look" of the building, the iconic selling point of which the developer is very interested with.

The concept is having a vertical green facade of different types of native plants on the ground podium level ,and the residential tower with slight organic twist , laced with screen and railings. It becomes a visually attractive form with infinite edges as result of the innovative use of shadow and light effect. It gave a "cool" effect  amid the hustle and bustle of the city.
