The client like to develop the large existing suburban block into several townhouses. The client has opted for some architectural input to the townhouses design instead of what's commonly available in the market.

We always believe the importance of outdoor spaces in higher density housing. Hence we proposed a large north facing balcony on the first floor, making it a "living outdoor platform" for the dwelling. We proposed three types of wall treatment to three separate floors, curve undulating corners for ground level, timber screen filtered effect for first floor and a pitched steel box on the second floor. we believe this will increase the visual amenity of the neighborhood.
